I’m Nancy Clark, an Enrolled Agent with a Master’s degree in Accounting and over 15 years of experience providing accounting solutions to individuals and small businesses for their tax and financial management needs. My work has included tax preparation, bookkeeping, and year‑round advisory services, giving me a clear understanding of what clients require to feel confident and in control of their finances.

Before launching Clark Tax and Accounting, I served as a Controller, overseeing internal financial operations and managing the daily details that ensure a business runs smoothly. I also worked as a Senior Tax and Accounting Manager for a CPA firm, where I led complex tax engagements, supervised accounting teams, and assisted clients in navigating everything from routine tax services to strategic financial planning. These roles shaped my practical, thorough, and client‑focused approach.

As an Enrolled Agent, I’m licensed to represent taxpayers before the IRS, enabling me to support clients through audits, tax notices, and resolution matters, in addition to annual filings. My goal is to make taxes and accounting feel manageable, transparent, and aligned with your long‑term financial success.
